Position: customer Service Engineer

Salary: 3500 to 4500

Job responsibilities:

1. Handling abnormal complaints from customers and communicating with customers through 8D report;
2. Follow up the improvement effect of process quality;
3. Assist process engineers to establish relevant inspection standards;
4. Promoting internal quality improvement;
5. Familiar with SMT process, More than 1 year working experience in SMT industry;
6. Familiar with precise hardware processing process, proficient in 8D report, engineering analysis ability and customer service experience.
